Global resource management company Veolia, is set to deliver Specialist Estates Engineering and Maintenance Services to a range of NHS and public sector authorities, after securing a place on the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) Hard FM Framework. With a focus on maintaining essential infrastructure to support hospitals and local authorities, and reducing carbon emissions, the framework agreement will provide a wide range of cost effective services for buildings across the UK.
Designed to provide a one stop shop for organisations to meet their engineering and maintenance requirements, the framework will provide customers with expert services that combine quality, value and compliance. The comprehensive range of services from Veolia includes the provision of renewable and low carbon heating systems, solar PV electricity generation, air conditioning, electrical works, heating and plumbing, standby power generation, and managed FM.
Committed to maximising the economic and environmental benefit through bespoke procurement solutions for the public sector, the NOE CPC framework agreements are linked to the NHS Net Zero supplier roadmap which aims to achieve the world’s first net zero national health service.

Veolia currently provides energy and facilities management to over 100 hospitals in the UK, and these support the healthcare for around 8.1 million inpatients each year, reducing CO₂ emissions in the sector by 120,000 tonnes.
The NOE CPC is hosted by Leeds and York Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) and provides dedicated procurement solutions to the public sector. A wholly NHS owned organisation comprising an expert team of procurement and commercial professionals from both the public and private sector, the Authority combines sector focused experience, understanding and knowledge to help the NHS.
