I would like to book an additional collection or request an on demand collection

If you would like to book an additional collection or have an on-demand request, we're here to help. Veolia missed one of my collections

We’re very sorry to hear one of your collections has been missed. We can assure you, we make every effort to keep to our agreed schedule. We aim to recover any missed collections within 48 hours, however please contact us if you require further support on this.
